Day Five: for breakfast you can have a slice of bread with a small knob of butter and a boiled egg, and for the rest of your meals you have 150g macaroni to last the day, you can have some vegetable soup, peas & a little cheese with it to stop it being boring.
Day Six: breakfast consists of a slice of bread with a knob of butter, a boiled egg and a couple of rusks, for the rest of the day you have an allowance of 1kg of vegetables, you can also have a little cheese with each meal.
Day Seven: breakfast is a slice of bread and a knob of butter, a tomato and 30g of cheese, at midday you can have 100g of veal with 120g of boiled potatoes and for the evening meal 110g of salad and 110g of boiled fish and a slice of bread.
